KAT Krawl
Join us for our second annual KAT Krawl, a bus bar crawl! We will gather at Knoxville station and take the bus to several bars and breweries.
The event will feature brief presentations about Knoxville’s public transportation system and discussions about how to make the bus network accessible and viable for more Knoxvillians!

June Social Hour
This month's YES! Knoxville Social Hour will be especially meaningful.
On June 18, we'll welcome Miles Kredich, a public transportation and accessibility advocate who serves as a Designer for Public Transit at Chicago's Regional Transportation Authority. Miles will share the story of his twin brother, Ben Kredich, whose death on Kingston Pike sparked important conversations about transportation, accessibility, and safety in Tennessee.
Together, we'll explore how Knoxville can become a city where people of all ages and abilities can move safely, independently, and with dignity.

DESIGNSLAM!
Join us for DESIGNSLAM! at Alliance Brewing and watch teams create unique designs for a surprise prompt in under an hour. Registered participants will have 60 minutes to create designs from scratch that will attempt to solve a local issue. Teams will be judged at the end of the hour and awards will be handed out. More information on this event is coming soon!

Park(ing) Day 2025
Join us for the newest edition of Park(ing) Day, hosted this year by YES! Knoxville. Registrants will use their creative juices to redesign parking spaces along Market Street and Union Avenues in the new weekend pedestrian zone downtown and reclaim them to be people-focused! Due to a shortened timeline this year from our announcement of the event, teams will have four simple prompts they must adhere to in their designs. Spaces must include a place to rest, a place for shade, a place for greenery, and a place for something else (teams’ choice). Entry fees are $50 per team and prizes will be awarded in the evening.
